First - Information Meetings

In Person Meetings: This is were you meet instructors, talk about costs, days, times, and clinical. Employment and funding providers (such are Work Source) often attend as well. You may also apply for a payment plan at the meeting.

On-Line Info Meetings:  If you just can't make it to an in-person meeting go the the On-line version. You will have the change to pay on-line which is also your registration.  Look for a confirmation of your registration.

Next Step

Submit your application

When you are ready to apply, you will need to complete a DSHS background check and the application fee ($50 for HCA and $100 for CNA programs).  If you use the shopping cart to apply on-line, you are automatically registered.

Once your background check clears you will be scheduled for class.

The application fee is fully refundable when requested with a minimum of 2 business days prior to start of class.

The DSHS background check process can take 2 weeks or more, so we encourage you to apply well in advance of the class.

Financial Assistance

We discuss funding resources at Info Sessions. Work Source and Kitsap Community Resources are great places to start.  Many of our community partners offer sponsorships.

Care Plus will also work with you on a payment plan, so come in and talk with us.  If you haven't already, you may want to meet with Work Source or Kitsap Community Resources or your VA counselor early in the process.

Look for your confirmation Email

About a week before class starts you should get an email confirming your place in the class.  If you don't get this email please call or stop by.

If you plans change just let us know.  We can put you on the list for a future class, or cancel your application.
