The LTCFW  works with  sponsor AFHs to cover the cost of the training Home Care Aides (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)  

An individual currently employed with an eligible adult family home or 

those who seek employment with an adult family homes, you can reach out to the LTCFW .
